Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Please allow 7–10 business days for preparation after payment is confirmed. Once your artwork ships, we’ll email your tracking information.

Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after shipment.

Including preparation, estimated arrival is 12–17 business days after payment confirmation. These times are estimates, and delays may occur. If you need artwork for a holiday or event, contact us before ordering.

International Orders
Online checkout currently accepts U.S. shipping addresses only. For destinations outside the United States, please contact sales@skywaygallery.com to ask about availability and shipping arrangements before ordering.

Order Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged Artwork or Incorrect Deliveries
Email sales@skywaygallery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

Skyway Gallery covers any required return shipping for damaged artwork or incorrect items. Contact us for instructions before returning anything. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Delayed or Missing Packages
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, or your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact sales@skywaygallery.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
